End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Håkon Strand Aandahl (“Licensor”) for use of the TTT mobile application (“App”).

By installing or using the App you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. Licence grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You must NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Distribute, sell, sublicence, rent, or lend the App to any third party.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Ownership

The App is licenced, not sold. Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in and to the App, including all copies thereof.

4. Updates

Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or patches to the App. Any such updates are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Norway.
